Menu Plan Monday - 17th November
I dragged out the happy smiley MPM for this week, because I am smiling. Although today I’m a little sad that this is my second last Menu Plan Monday for the year. Next Friday the big trip begins and so will be takinga break from Menu Plan Monday. We have a massive trip planned with so many things to do. I’ve been drawing up an itinerary and I think we’re all going to have a ball.
But now onto the menu for this week:
Monday - Taco’s
Tuesday - Corned beef, mash & veggies
Wednesday - Curry with rice
Thursday - Crumbed chicken, pasta & veggies
Friday - Veal Stew with rice
Saturday - Spaghetti bolognaise
Sunday - leftovers from Christmas lunch
