Am I The Only Person?
Am I the only strange person who watches a movie on TV when I have the DVD?
I’m watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets tonight on Channel 9, even though I’ve got the DVD here. I could watch it without ads, but then I’d be the freak who watches something on DVD the same time it’s on TV.
So am I the only person who does things like this?

We watch the DVD when the movie is on the telly so that we avoid the ads………. on the plus side also is that without ads the movie is finished earlier so the kids go to bed earlier.
No I do it too, I watched harry potter and we have all the dvds, never really thought about it till you posted this, hmmn…
Like Bettina, we watch the dvd if we have it. It’s L’s choice, not mine, as the ads drive him crazy. If we’re watching a tv movie the channel gets changed every time the ads come on, so we never see the entire program of anything. Aaaarrrgh!!
I do it too. I have no idea why.
Even worse - I’ll TiVo “Fight Club” when it is on even though I own it.
