What do you think? Isn’t it gorgeous? I’m so in love with the orange. I think Snoskred has done an amazing job, don’t you?

So now you’ve made it (and you’re welcome to leave your shoes on, unless you’re Kiki in which case you must leave them in the box by the door because my feet can’t take it anymore!) make sure you subscribe to the feed by pressing the beautiful orange button to the left, and make yourself at home.

 I have like 500 things swirling in my head to post about this week, including Kiki’s birthday party (and a special section entitled “why you always make as many lolly bags as you can), and a special post entitled “Why it pays to flirt with the butcher”. Yessirree, There’s going to be a lot coming your way this week.

    It looks fabulous!!!! I love the font used for your heading! :-) Now I can leave you smileys too!!! Hooray!!!! How are you finding getting your head around Wordpress? It’s taking me a while although I am enjoying it. Okay, will go and resubscribe to your new feed now and update my blogroll for you.

    Hey Lightening, thanks! I’m finding it slow going (especially as wordpress runs really slow on my computer for some reason) but getting there. I wish I had a bit more time to sit and play. Hopefully next week when Hubby is home I’ll be able to focus a bit more.

    Yes, it’s a hard time of year trying to get your head around something new. Add on to that moving and pregnancy and I’m in awe. LOL.

    I find wordpress is a lot slower than blogger too. Have you found the little icon in your post writing page that looks like a sheet of paper? That enlarges the section of your page where you’re writing a blog post. I found a few lines wasn’t enough so was copying and pasting posts until I discovered I could make the page larger - was much better.

    I’m having trouble with your feed icon. I *think* it’s subscribing me to your blogspot blog, unless I’m doing something wrong.

    Congratulations on your new *home*. I love the colour scheme too. Orange wouldn’t normally be my first choice of colour for much, but this is great.

    I hope that you settle in and have minimal teething problems :)
