Gosh - I can’t believe it’s a week passed already. And I didn’t make it to your place for one single meal last week!!! Darn it.
Have to admit it does make me glad I menu plan monthly. It’s painful at the time but at least it doesn’t come round quite so often.
I didn’t think your menu plan sounded boring at all!
I’ll expect you this week then shall I?
Our week’s change so often I can’t plan more than a week in advance I’ve found.
Plus I got some awesome meat specials last week. 500g Pork Mince for $2, a 2kg Roast chicken for $6 and 6 chicken sausages for $2. Guess what influenced my menu plan?
Yummy week!! I got some great deals on meat last week too, we are set for a few weeks there.
Have a great Monday!
Sounds good!
Your menu looks wonderful, thank you for sharing!

My hubby, (the “troll” that’s his nickname) went out for a carton of milk and came home with a side of lamb, reduced to $25, a real bargain as we now have enough chops for about 7 meals (there’s just two of us), and the leg roast lasted 3 days. Roast, day 1, cold meat & salad, day 2, curry on day 3. I hate lamb, but he was so proud of his bargain. I just make sure he gets the most meat while my plate has mostly veg.
