I like to add both the apricot nectar and a tin of apricot halves - just drain the syrup from the apricots so you don't dilute the flavour. Delicious! Also nice to dip crusty rolls into! I've never made apricot chicken. It sounds quite nice though and very easy. I'm sure the kids would like it.
