		<description>Thanks for the recipe.  I have wanted to make Apricot Chicken because I know my kids would love it.  I am sorry to hear that you lost your mum at such a young age.  There must be many moments in your life when you miss her deeply.</description>

		<description>Apricot chicken is a favourite of mine. I like to add both the apricot nectar and a tin of apricot halves - just drain the syrup from the apricots so you don't dilute the flavour. Delicious! Also nice to dip crusty rolls into!</description>

		<description>You're a step ahead of me!  I've never made apricot chicken.  It sounds quite nice though and very easy.  I'm sure the kids would like it.  I've never really been one to enjoy mixing sweet and savoury flavours but I might try this sometime (when drumsticks come on special) and see if we like it. :-)</description>
